Bad PR...
I went online to close out a matured one year cd this week. There was absolutely no where to perform that transaction except if I also had a checking account for example. I finally had to make the phone call and spoke with a very polite and professional person that gave me instructions on a fax procedure that including me showing identification.
Wasn't it enough that they already had my checking account on file that I could have made the transfer online?
This is like the game that companies play when you want to cancel or unsubscribe.
